How I run training
Four principles, four levels and one rule above all others: safety before effect.
Principles
Safety before effect
A new element enters training only when the previous one is safe and repeatable.
Less theory, more repetitions
A short briefing, then work. You get the theory in writing to take home.
Numbers, not opinions
Time, hits, video. Progress shows up in data, not in feelings.
A plan, not single sessions
Every session ends with a task and a goal for the next one.
Four levels of progress
Start
Safety, stance, first shots under control.
Control
Repeatable technique, trigger control, error diagnosis.
Pressure
Time, movement, decisions, draw and malfunction clearing.
Competition
Stage breakdown, start strategy, classification preparation.
Four rules that always apply
They apply from the moment you enter the range, regardless of level or experience. Breaking them ends the session.
01
Treat every firearm as loaded.
02
Never point the muzzle at anything you are not willing to destroy.
03
Keep your finger off the trigger until you decide to shoot.
04
Know your target and what is behind it.
