1. Data controller

2. What data I process

I process only the data you provide yourself when contacting me about training or cooperation:

name and contact details (phone, e-mail, messenger handle)

the content of our correspondence and session arrangements

data required to issue an invoice, including company data

health information, if you report it yourself as relevant to the safety of the session

3. Purposes and legal bases

Data is processed under Article 6(1) GDPR:

(b) contact, scheduling and performance of the training or consulting agreement

(f) legitimate interest: defence against claims, safety of sessions

(a) consent, if you agree to publication of photos from a session

4. Messengers and recipients

Contacting me through Telegram means that provider also processes your data under its own terms. Data may be entrusted to: the hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.), the e-mail provider, the accounting office and range operators, only to the extent required for entry to the facility.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers (including Cloudflare, Inc. and messenger operators) may process data outside the European Economic Area, based on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. Retention

Correspondence and arrangements are kept for up to 12 months from the last contact, accounting documents for 5 years from the end of the tax year, and data needed to defend against claims until the limitation period expires.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

access your data and receive a copy

rectification, erasure or restriction of processing

data portability and to object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f)

withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing

lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw

8. Voluntary basis and profiling

Providing data is voluntary, but without contact details I cannot arrange a date or deliver the service. No automated decision-making or profiling is used.

9. Changes

The current version is always published on this page. The Polish version of this policy is the binding one.
